Terms and Conditions – Game PK Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing game pk at gamepk.pro, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it – whether through a web browser on desktop, a mobile browser, or the game pk app.

If you are accessing game pk on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these terms. game pk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

game pk is strictly for adults. To register and use the platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Be a real person and not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity registering on behalf of an organisation.
• Not be acting as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be excluded from using online gaming platforms by any applicable self-exclusion arrangement.

game pk may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. This is a standard verification process and is applied consistently to protect all users.

3 Account Registration & One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one game pk account only. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or device identifiers, is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details and any other information requested during the sign-up process. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Your account login credentials – username, password and any two-factor authentication codes – must be kept confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. game pk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

game pk reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at any time if we detect suspicious activity, rule violations, or if account details cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on game pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied to your balance at any stage. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly after payment confirmation, with JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers often reflecting instantly. Processing times for other methods may vary. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• You must withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before release.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a manner designed to exploit promotional structures or generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome is considered bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• game pk reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if bonus abuse or misuse is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process after wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple accounts used to claim the same promotion will result in all bonus amounts being forfeited and all associated accounts being reviewed.

Promotional offers may have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the specified period will be removed from your account automatically. game pk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given where possible.

6 Betting Rules & Fair Play

All bets placed on game pk are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant product – sports betting, live casino or slots. These product-level rules are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed; if odds change significantly, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new odds.
• game pk covers Cricket including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series, Football, Esports and other sports. Market availability varies by event.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport rules.
• game pk reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a system error, data feed failure or any other technical issue that resulted in obviously incorrect odds being displayed.
• Betting in coordination with others to exploit market inefficiencies or manipulate outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

For casino games and slots, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. game pk does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. Any technical malfunction that disrupts a game round will result in the affected round being voided and the stake returned.

Attempting to use software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on game pk. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent banning and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or take advantage of system errors.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using funds in your game pk account that originate from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Abusing, harassing or threatening game pk staff or other users through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming
